6              Stetsons heart-shaped burger patties

2              Avocado’s

1              Chilli, pitted and chopped

5ml         Lemon juice

6              Wraps

60g         Nacho’s chips

150g       Cheddar cheese, grated

100ml    Sour cream

2              Chives, chopped



Fry the burger patties, set aside and keep warm.

To make the guacamole:

In a bowl, mash the avocado’s, and the chopped chilli, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

Heat each wrap for 30 seconds in a pan.

Spread some Guacamole onto each wrap, and fold into quarters.

In the opening, add the Stetsons burger patty, followed by some Nacho’s chips.

Add a table spoon of sour cream, and sprinkle over some cheddar cheese and chives.


Serve with more Nacho’s chips
