6     Stetsons heart – shaped burger patties

12    Slices of French bread (baguette)

50ml   Olive Oil

150g    Feta cheese, crumbled

100ml   Olive Tapenade

2    Sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped

Freshly ground salt & black pepper




Fry the burger patties, set aside and keep warm.

Brush some olive oil over the slices of French roll, and toast.

Place a Stetsons Burger patty on each bottom half, followed by some feta cheese, a table spoon of Tapenade and some rosemary.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Serve with potato wedges.
