SO GOOD Lemon Cheesecake
- 500g So Good Cheesecake Powder
- 1L Long life Milk at room Temperature
- 1Tin Condensed Milk
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 1 packet Lemon Jelly
- Add milk to blender
- Add So Good Cheesecake powder and blend together in blender
- Make lemon jelly, keep in liquid form
- Add lemon juice and lemon jelly to the mixture and stir.
- Add condensed milk and stir
- Add lemon zest and mix
- Pour crushed biscuits into the serving glasses as a base
- Pour mixture ontop of the crushed biscuits
- Add lemon zest to garnish and refridgerate. Enjoy.
