SO GOOD CHEESY MUSHROOM SPUD

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • Garlic Butter
  • 125g So Good Instant Mushroom sauce
  • 500ml Boiling water
  • Grated Cheese

 

 

METHOD

 

  1. Pierce the potato skin with a fork
  2. Bake in the microwave for 10-15 minutes at high
  3. Cut in a cross shape and push up for the potato to pop open
  4. Place a slice of garlic butter on top
  5. Whisk boiling water into the So Good Instant Mushroom powder
  6. Whisk until throughly mixed together
  7. Pour sauce over potatoes and sprinkle grated cheese
  8. Microwave for 15 seconds to melt the cheese
