INGREDIENTS
- 330ml(1 1/2 Cups) Water or 1 Can of Beer
- 500g SO GOOD® QUICK DOUGH MIX
METHOD
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC
- Add water to bowl
- Add any other ingredients
- Add SO GOOD® QUICK DOUGH MIX
- Mix to form a sticky dough
- Turn the dough out into a greased bread tin/small cast iron pot
- Bake for 60min uncovered
For baking over an open fire, subtract 10min from baking time and bake covered.
To test if the bread is done, there will be a hollow sound when tapped.
