INGREDIENTS

  • 330ml(1 1/2 Cups) Water or 1 Can of Beer
  • 500g SO GOOD® QUICK DOUGH MIX

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Add water to bowl
  3. Add any other ingredients
  4. Add SO GOOD® QUICK DOUGH MIX
  5. Mix to form a sticky dough
  6. Turn the dough out into a greased bread tin/small cast iron pot
  7. Bake for 60min uncovered

For baking over an open fire, subtract 10min from baking time and bake covered.
To test if the bread is done, there will be a hollow sound when tapped.
